Terms and Conditions: Billing and Cancellation
This Billing and Cancellation Policy Applies Only to 24/7 Interpreter Access Accounts
The service you agreed to and signed up for is offered on an ongoing basis with a monthly subscription that is charged automatically, regardless of use during each subscription period. All customers are responsible for being aware of the amount that shall be automatically charged from such customer’s account each month, including any charges for overages.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by selecting that option in your account dashboard’s Billing Section. The effective date of termination must be the last day of a billing cycle, and requests of termination must be received by Language Prose no less than 2 business days prior to the next billing cycle to be effective on the last day of the current billing cycle. After cancellation is requested, your subscription shall continue until the end of the existing subscription period and shall terminate at the completion of that period. Minutes not used prior to the end of the subscription period will be forfeited. You shall not be charged after the cancellation, except for any overages that exceed your time limit for the subscription period. Any overages incurred will be charged at the agreed price per minute.
Accounts that are not terminated in accordance with the above procedure shall remain active and shall continue to incur monthly service charges until properly terminated.

You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
