About Us

Language Prose launched over 35 years ago to bridge the language gap between non-English speakers and their communities. We wanted to help local communities, businesses, and organizations serve new Americans. We were the first to train community and medical interpreters in Maryland, providing a source of income to many who were bilingual.

Since then, Language Prose has continued to provide qualified interpreters and translators to local government agencies, legal offices, and non-profits.

About Us

Who We Are

Our interpreters and translators are available to support the needs of businesses, nonprofits, and organizations needing access to new customers and to better serve existing customers who do not speak English as their primary language. We mobilize, either in person or through technology, community-based interpreters to ensure that you have live access in person or on your phone or screen to someone who can bridge the language gap while also being a caring and experienced professional who knows your community.

What We Speak

270 Languages and Counting…

Our translator and local interpreter bank includes many professionals fluent in a variety of languages. We are continuously adding new languages and always do our best to find a professional in the language you need if it’s not already on our lists. We are also constantly seeking translators and interpreters to join our team.
